Interruptions v. Distractions
I haven't listened to the podcast yet, but found Merlin's comments on David Allen's thoughts on interruptions to be useful.

Gone: More clothes
I almost forgot to post this. I got rid of a whole bunch of junk by dumping it off at the Salvation Army on Saturday. Most of it wasn't ours, but stuff that was brought to our house for the gar(b)age sale a few weeks ago, that we weren't able to get rid of. But we did get rid of 23 articles of our own old clothing (which is what I am adding to the total -- not the other stuff). That's something, right?
I did make a purchase recently. I bought a radio to take with me to the Tiger game a week and a half ago so that I could listen to the Michigan game while I was there. Turned out to be a good idea, as it gave me something to do while sitting out a 90-minute rain delay.

New math
Take one 24-hour day, subtract 43 hours for doing stuff, and you don't have a whole lot of time for sleeping, now, do you?
